ABSTRACT

This work presents a review on the fabrication of metal nanoparicles on different host substrate via thermal annealing route. Here we attempt to report the main features of the nanostructured materials fabricated by different groups along with our group. The comparison reveals the usefulness of the annealing method for synthesis of highly ordered nanoparticles in the host matrix.
